Tortilla Town - San Luis Obispo

Best place in town for hard shell tacos. I keep going back and it just gets better. I'm running out of friends to take there. Ha I can't seem to get past the tacos to try something else. You definitely won't leave hungry. The portions are very generous and the staff are very inviting.

The best Mexican food is SLO. This is my go to Mexican food spot. I have tried all the meats and they are all delicious but my favorite is the barbacoa. Hands down wayyy better than chipotle. I can not recommend this place enough to my friends and family. And on top of it the customer service is great and always welcoming. If you want a burrito you need to stop by tortilla town because will not be disappointed.

Very quick service. I got two amazing burritos in less than 7 minutes. The food is authentic and service is so great far better than Chipotle. The carne asada barbacoa is very good, and all of the toppings as well. You can tell that the food is made with the highest quality just amazing recipes. I would only suggest they add horchata to the menu. Other than that, 5 stars!

The fresh house made tortillas are pretty good but the pastor was extremely bland. The whole burrito was carried by the spicy salsa's flavor, which was pretty good. I'll definitely try again but my first visit left a lot to be desired.

Not quite a friendly environment. Was completely ignored while I was in line to ask for a to go bag and salsa. Employees greet you with a recited greeting. Not very welcoming... (not to mention tortillas there are definitely not hand made! Soft taco tortillas are hard and burrito tortilla was obviously store bought. False advertisement at it's best!
