Unfortunately, I couldn't make a reservation online, but I checked in with an employee in the gift shop area. After a short wait of about 10-15 minutes, our waitress was very friendly. Overall, no complaints.
I would not recommend this restaurant as the breakfast was both overpriced and mediocre. They charged $15.00 for oatmeal with an extra fee for nuts. Additionally, they seated us at a dirty, unwashed table and provided slow service. There are plenty of other dining options nearby that I would suggest trying instead.
This meal was the worst I have ever had in my life. There were four of us who went for Thanksgiving dinner at 1 pm, the only time we could get. The soup was cold and tasteless. We ordered 2 raviolis that looked completely different from each other. One was okay, but the other had been under a heat lamp for a long time, causing it to congeal and change color. Both turkeys were tough, cold, and frankly disgusting. The apple pie was underbaked, with a white crust. I emailed the banquet manager on Saturday to express my disappointment, but have yet to receive a response. I strongly advise against dining at this restaurant.
Things have changed at the Apple Farm Restaurant. Used to be a favourite stop. This time the food was terrible and the people at the check in desk were rude.
Food is fine, especially if you just need something fast-ish before you get on the road. (We stayed at the Apple Farm Inn). It is diner food so nothing special and fairly expensive. The 4 of us got 2 breakfast entrees and a few muffins plus coffees and it was $70. Wouldn’t go back here even if we stay at the hotel again.
