Round Table Pizza - San Leandro

I placed my takeout order online and it was ready before the estimated time. I was very pleased that I was able to pick up my order and be on my way in less than 5 minutes.

I just wanted to take a moment to thank Maria, who I believe was the manager or supervisor. Both individuals were incredibly professional. Although I did have an issue with my order, they were able to take care of it. Thank you.

I used to be a fan of RT pizza, but this place always gets our orders wrong. Tonight, they brought us a pizza that was meant for someone else, making it inedible for us. Despite our request to correct the order, they refused, claiming it was too late. It was a struggle to get a refund for the pizza we couldn't eat, as they were unwilling to replace it. I would suggest avoiding this location due to their poor service.

Ordered pizza via website upon arrival pizza was ready hot and as I ordered awesome taste fabulous will be back again

Spotty service, several beer taps were out, unclear ordering process, an all in all ok experience after a long day at the oakland zoo. We were a party of 14 and they made it as difficult for us to order as they could. We were hungry so most peoplesaid it was pretty good. We order the classic family pack.
