Jack In The Box - San Leandro

I was having a rough night trying to get food but after stopping here, the young gentleman who took my order turned it around. He took my order and ensured it was done right. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was good. The right attitude can go a long way and this guy will go far.

This jack and the box experience was amazing. Customer service is not what it use to be, but the 2 ladies working the drive through on Sat, June 24 at 1230 were AMAZING. They made our oreo shakes AMAZING and there smiles and kindness radiated. It was a nice change from the people in customer service recently. Kuddos to these ladies! Best shakes EVER!! They even gave me a free air freshener bc there under new management.

Me and my husband, stopped by this place for a quick burger before heading home and let me tell you. My husband is not easy to impress but these employees went above and beyond to make us feel like valued customers and they were supremely kind and generous. 100% recommend this jack in the box.

Nice fresh, paid attention to details of the order. But I didn't get napkins, I waited a few min blew the horn, until I decided to pull off. I saw the lady was cleaning the lobby.. Oh well, it happens. I didn't die my food was delicious and my large family enjoyed thier meal also. They get 5 stars and they had some walking around cleaning up also. We will be back :

Mckayla didn't have to but went out of her way to make sure my food was fresh, delicious and timely. She went above and beyond for my experience at 130 in the morning and that's why I will go out of my way to come back here more often.
