El Torito - San Leandro

The restaurant did not give priority to groups with reservations, leading us to have to complain until they finally seated us 30 minutes after our scheduled time.

They were super busy with a few parties but managed to give great service and good vibes!

We checked in 5 mins early. They told us 15 more minutes which was fine but when we checked in again 20 mins later, they “lost” our reservation and took another 8 mins to get a table set up. Totally fine but the food took almost an hour to come out as the kitchen was backed up. Trying to be understanding since it was mother’s day weekend and our server was great. She kept apologizing and doing what she could.

Sat down right away. Nice setting, friendly staff, took 30-40 mins to get our food. (3 people)

I've never had such terrible food in my life. The dishes were bland and lacked any flavor or seasoning.
