Bidra med feedbackYou were here when you visit friends here in Lima. It wasn't long in Peru. Miss Pollo a La Brasa. Pardos makes amazing Pollo A La Brasa. Very juicy chicken with many flavors.
Very tasty and a wonderful place. Whatever this purple drink is, I really liked it. Chickens were juicy and savory and the sauces were amazing.
Did not come too busy here for dinner, but a nice atmosphere and a lot of chicken was cooking on the Rotisserie. Service was good with me with the language barrier. Chicken was moist even the breast meat and the skin was tasteful and not greasy. Also in the middle of Lima the outdoor terrace was beautifully decorated so that you feel like you were in a garden. Nice touch!
With time to kill and hunger setting in, I stopped here for a quarter of chicken. Very tasty! It was clean and comfortable and a bit away from the hectic that is the airport. While I am not a huge chicken fan, this was very good!
Just had lunch at Pardos Chicken and I had the BBQ Chicken Jr. The portion was perfect for me because I am trying to stick to my healthy diet.
