Papa John's Pizza - San Juan

Burnt pizza. It was okay… could’ve been better. Why is it name papa Johns?

Woman at the register was very rude. She never smiled and when my pizza was ready she litterally slide my pizza box across the counter. If i hadnt of caught it, it would have fell on the floor. Crazy rude.

Ordered pizza by phone from hotel for pickup. Was told by lady that it would be ready in 20 minutes. When my husband went to pick it up, it hadn't even been started yet. After flying all day, we were starving! We paid with my husband's credit card and after returning home from our vacation, we discovered fraudulent charges on my husband's credit card for Craigslist and online movie tickets all dated the same day as our visit to this Papa John's in PR. While we can't be sure his number was stolen here, it seems a bit too coincidental given that this was the only place he had used the card in several days. Pizza was okay at best.

I called to place an order for delivery and was put on hold. Waited 5 minutes on hold then called Pizza Hut. This is the second time this has happened.

Delicious as expected. a little pricier but I find pr is pricier in general as the mainland. pizza came hot and fresh into our hotel!
