Sandbox - San Juan

Restaurant was closed, but OpenTable took our reservation!

Unfortunately, when we made our reservation at 7:15, Sandbox was closed. It was New Year's Eve, and we were very disappointed as we were not Plan B. We even wanted to call, but never got an answer.

They were closed, the least they could have done was not accept reservations on open table if they weren’t going to be open.

We made reservations for Thursday night — and when we arrived the restaurant was closed. So… maybe it’s great but don’t make reservations through open table because that doesn’t work!

I had reservations for 3pm and the place was closed until 3-3:30pm even though I had reservations for 3PM I came back at 3:30pm they still wasn’t open she then said oh we will open at 4pm…basically don’t book here the won’t be open!!!!!!! READ THE OTHER REVIEWS
