La Central By Mario Pagan - San Juan

This is the third time I visit La Central. I am a big fan of Mario Pagan . This time the experience was very bad. Our waiter did not order our food as he should have and we were not served what we order. The waiter apologize told us he forgot. I will never go again.

We really enjoyed our meal. The octopus appetizer was amazing. I have eaten octopus all over the world, and this was some of the most tender octopus I’ve ever had. The flavor was perfect. Lamb that I ordered was also close to perfect and the scallops were some of the best that I’ve had in years.

As good as always. Excellent food, flawless service and great ambiance. Will keep going back
