Wow! What an amazing brunch at La Deriva! I had previously attended brunch at Cascabel which was great, but moving it to La Deriva has launched it to a new level. We happened to be there on a day with a guest chef (Chef Abraham) from Metate complimented the amazing work of Chef Emanuele’s team. We feasted on smoked beef, chicken and suckling pig. Tried the pizza, risotto (super tasty), burgers, lobster, shrimp and raw bar. Bubbles, mezcal and tequila tasting, and the house welcome cocktail were the perfect accompaniment. We somehow managed to squeeze in a special order churros for dessert. Everything was made to order, the service was fantastic, and the ambience could not be beat. Can’t wait to return! Thank you Chef Emanuele for delivering a memorable experience.

We reserved the Sunday brunch on OpenTable at Cascabel, but they moved it to La Deriva in Solaz. Nevertheless, it was amazing. One of the best breasts we enjoyed for $75 pp. everywhere. The staff was great and the food was amazing. !
