Bidra med feedbackI love coming to this place the hand rolls are always great but this time I was waiting for awhile. Saw staff talking and moving at a snails pace. Then when I came up to ask for my order the staff was passive aggressive and said they were calling my name but I never heard them. Just a bit upset since I’ve always been nice. Was going to drop a cash tip but neglected due to these reasons. Will come back but not if this continues.
Hand rolls were good but couldn’t tell if it was because everything was actually good quality or because i was starving after waiting for a solid hour to get my three hand rolls. there seemed to be only two people working so giving them the benefit of the doubt.
The first time I ordered it through door dash, it was great. However the second time was very disappointing and a waste of money. I was served poor quality uni. There was lemon slices all over my raw salmon bowl that ended up cooking the fish. Also, I was served tobiko instead of ikura. The bowls were nothing like the pictures on their website. If Umi didn’t have enough food to take the order, they should not have accepted it.
Love their truffle salmon skin hand roll. Service was great. Food was ready when I arrived.
This a great sushi place in a food market environment. I ordered through kiosk and waited about 15 minutes for the food that is fresh and tasty!
