Taqueria Tlaquepague - San Jose

Cam for Sunday dinner, the facility was clean and with different groups busy. The service was fast and the staff was good. The Sangría was great, the shrimp Michaelada was fine. Nothing special about eating and price relatively high relative to other places. The green salsa was fantastic, chicken tamale and enchilada were filled. Rigmarole was Mexican restaurants.

First time. I wanted enchiladas but they wouldn't make carne asada enchiladas. Seriously? Service was not good and the prices are higher than I'm used to. My sister had the whole fish....it was good. I ended up with steak fries...very disappointed.

The food is amazing! The food is so flavorful and the portions are great! You get chips and salsa which taste fresh every time. The mole is my favorite enchilada even though I liked all 3. The beans and rice are on point!??.

The tacos are amazing and I saw a lot of other good things but we were for the tacos. The guacamole was amazing too !!

We drive by this place all the time so finally stopped in for lunch. It?s good and staff is nice. I like the fact the food is not overly salty. It?s weird that the cheese sauce stayed melted even the food was cold. Never seen this before. The flavor is good and overall would try again.
