Starbucks - San Jose

Good coffee shop and overall experience in a busy shopping center.

If you like sitting in seats that have homeless men with their underpants on them go ahead I didn’t so I left There’s a real homeless population problem in this state that needs to be addressed urgently This particular Starbucks had below average service and food

Great location, quick service and friendly baristas!

Servers there at the shift of 5/23/24 12:30pm were rude and unprofessional. I been order the exactly same drink at this store for 3 times. This is the first time that server gave me half cup of coffee and stated that she can only give me more ice to fill the cup. What’s the point for me to order a venti size drink for only half cup of coffee.

Timing is very inconvenient for me. Never open when I need coffee which is 8:30-9pm. I wish Starbucks were 24 hours
