Q-Pot has not honoured my reservations from open table

We came 15 minutes early, we came forward and mentioned that we made a reservation through “opened” and the person mentioned that they did not make any more business with this company. ?? but he said, will try to take a place. so is that true?

Previous dinner for 4 people at 5 o'clock. there is a limit of 2 hours per table. we all have the bbq and the hot pot. the food came out very quickly and was super good. we used the 2 hours. service was excellent. will definitely go back.

One of our favorite places to have hotpot and Korean BBQ. You're able to get a good selection of meat and can grill it while having a bowl of hot pot soup for an extra $3. For the meat lover, it's a good place to get your fix and for those who want a little bit of soup you have a good choice of broths and noodles and fixings to go with it.

Food was good and so was the service. Host stated to us that although we booked on opentable, they do not honor opentable reservations. They stated they will honor it this time only. Why would you have opentable for reservations if the restaurant does not honor it?
