Noah's New York Bagels - San Jose

I waited for 10 minutes for someone to take my order at the restaurant, as I could hear laughter and yelling coming from the kitchen. Eventually, I had to raise my voice to get someone's attention. When I finally placed my order for a farmhouse bagel with TWO eggs, I was given a cold bagel with only ONE egg. Needless to say, I was not impressed.

The bagel and cream cheese were delicious as usual. Unfortunately, there is no indoor seating and they do not allow customers to use the restroom, which is a frustrating policy. The staff at this establishment are not very welcoming.

I stopped by the restaurant to pick up my online order of two dozen bagels with four spreads and also used a reward on their app. When I arrived, my order was ready for pick up. Neveah was incredibly friendly and helpful when the app was not working to redeem my reward. She fixed the issue on her end using the kiosk. The inside of the restaurant was quiet and had the typical ambiance you would expect from a bagel shop.

I don 't normally leave bad reviews, because I usually figure people are just having a bad day. But when a bagel and coffee is $10, I feel like people should know that this place sucks. Coffee urns leaking all over the place, cream cheese tastes like Safeway store brand, "vanilla cold brew ' was basically just milk with sugar in it. Don 't waste your money.

Worst worst customer service the staff are unprofessional and rude. By far worst experience ive had do not come here. They messed up my order and didn’t even bother to try correcting it nor apologized
