Mcdonald's - San Jose

The service at this restaurant is quick and polite. The food is just as good as any other McDonald's. I appreciate their convenient parking spot for drive-thru orders that need extra time. I frequently order breakfast through DoorDash from here because it's lightning fast and I can grab it before heading to work.

Friendly staff. Fast service. A bit delay during busy times of the day but that is expected. Keep up the good work guys. Thank you!

I'm relieved that the new staff at this restaurant is doing a much better job compared to the old manager who was quite erratic. Previously, the food would always be incorrect, much to the frustration of my mom. The employees also seemed unhappy. However, it's great to see that we no longer have to return to fix orders and I noticed the employees now seem happy and laughing with each other. It was only when I looked behind the counter that I saw a different team leader in charge.

It's your typical McDonald's, good food cheap. Except we have a new law that you have to request straws and stir sticks if you want them. This McDonald's takes it to mean everything. I ordered the Big Breakfast with hotcakes...no syrup, no butter, nojelly, no salt and pepper and no UTENSILS !!!! I don't think they know how to interpret the law. Who's going to eat pancakeswith syrup with their hands. Be aware!!

Although the restaurant itself is nicer than most, the staff could benefit from some retraining, including the managers. During my visit, I stood at the counter to order a drink while the employees ignored me completely. There were other people, possibly employees in plain clothing, behind the counter with their children, and it was not busy at all. Despite my attempts to assist another customer in ordering, the staff showed no concern. This is not the first time I have encountered rude staff at this restaurant. They do not respond to questions and often ignore customers when asked for items like napkins or ketchup. Unfortunately, I was unable to place an order and do not plan on returning. I urge @McDonald's to address the issues with their employees at this location.
