Bidra med feedbackThis place has the worst customer service. the layer supervisor, jersey, was as if she hates her job. it took us to place our order because we could not decide which combination we want (no other customer, but we). we went to theke and no word to welcome us. you sound like she's upset. when we got our order, I checked my order to make sure that everything was in there while jersey was standing in front of me, crossed with her poor and the older worker stared at me and then made a comment oh her order check them I bet, I just spent $56.00 on these overpriced foods. I don't want to come back and deal with bad attitudes.
The staff at this restaurant were friendly and efficient, and the place was very clean. The service was very fast. For dinner, I always order a bucket of 10 extra crispy chicken.
Unfortunately, instead of ensuring accuracy in your order, the staff at the nearby KFC seem to prioritize efficiency by giving customers whatever chicken is readily available. This lack of attention to detail and customer care is extremely disappointing.
I have been a patron of this KFC location since I was a young child. Recently, the restaurant has been kept clean and the tables and decor are simple yet tidy. The food was fresh, hot, and delicious. However, the service experience was disappointing. Despite placing a simple order, there was a language barrier with the cashier, resulting in some confusion. We had to repeatedly ask for cups, utensils, and napkins, and were met with indifference from the staff. Ultimately, we received the wrong order and had to request a correction, which was met with resistance. I offered some suggestions to the manager for improved training and customer service, as dining out should be a pleasant experience for all parties involved. Despite the challenges, I remained calm and respectful throughout the ordeal. I hope the staff at KFC on Aborn Rd in San Jose, CA, has a prosperous New Year ahead.
Cashier charged me twice and I called in to discharge with store. which is faster and convenience, but manager is Not doing her job. First she said Find a receipt and get me the ticket When I called in she said It is in pending transaction.... I felt she doesn 't want to help on my case for sure and trying to delaying on my case to be forget.At least she should of write down my info and ticket to check later or so...Worst KFC service I ever had...
