Honba Sushi - San Jose

I've visited this restaurant twice, and I still can't figure out why I went back the second time. Unfortunately, nothing about the experience stood out to me. The service was subpar, and I honestly can't even recall what I ate. I think I had some sort of donburi during my first visit, but it was just a mushy disappointment. I also tried some sushi, but my taste buds seem to have completely blocked that experience out. On to the next restaurant…
