Consciously Sweet With Love - San Jose

I recently visited the Richmond Vegan Popup and tried the vendor's tres leches cake - half of which I devoured at the event. It was incredibly delicious and rich, reminding me of my childhood birthday parties. I was amazed at how this vegan, Mexican dessert was made. I can't wait to support this vendor again and try their flan next time!

I visited the Richmond Vegan Popup last weekend and I was not disappointed by the vendor! All of the desserts looked incredibly delicious, but I was only able to try the Tres Leches Cake. I had half of it at the event and it was absolutely delicious and rich. I was amazed by how this magical dessert was made! It brought back memories of my youth and birthday parties when I used to enjoy this cake. It tasted just as delicious as I remembered, but with the added love of being made without any animal by-products. I can't wait to support this vendor again and I am excited to try their flan next time!
