I like to talk to a person and order my food I'm old school I like to talk to an actual person when I order my

Usually I have to wait to get service even when there's no one in the lobby but at least it's a great start for a cleanse.

Customer Service needs A lot offff improvementttttt. Employees always with Bad attitude, same has Managers. Food it's also not Good. The hard shell Tacos were All Broken mess everywhere, the Soft tacos we're Cold, and that's do to that the Drive thru is Horrible. I had to wait 25mn tonight 11/19/23 with 2 cars infront on me anddddddd I had Mobile order. And to make matters worse, I was Missing 1 Cinnamon twist and a Chicken Bowl salad. It's seems like there's only 1 Cook, 1 Cashier, and 1 Manager. But this will be my Last time I Come to this TACO BELL... Corporation really needs to go take a Visit to this Location. It's terrible.

STAY AWAY! It 's almost like this place is ran by one person. Nowhere is it acceptable to wait 30+ minutes for fast food in the drive thru. Save yourself the trip and go to a different location where your time is appreciated.
