Very elegant restaurant, impeccable staff. The dishes offered range from simple to more elaborate both of the Italian tradition and, more particularly, of the Tuscan cuisine. It would be convenient to have access to the menu also from the site to prepare and not be surprised at very cheap prices. The menu is not very wide, but it is available where you can meet customer requests. Nice location.

Restaurant : AWFUL. It ruined our night. 1) You can find the menu nowhere, so it is a great surprise if you already have the menu in the restaurant. It is super expensive for very base plates. We wanted to run away, but decided to order a primi plati. It was the most important pasta plate at 24€. There was no one in the restaurant, so the waitresses (at least 5 people) come to ask us if everything was fine bla-bla-bla, but every minute!” It was so annoying. Also here we are in a 5-star hotel, some standards must be met. We were still hungry and decided to go after 20min. (We usually stay a 1h30 in a restaurant and we have several Michelin restaurant so we know what we are talking about). We were so sad and found the sweetest restaurant on the street. Plates are around 8€, is well valued on Tripadvisor/Google and locals go there. My advice would be the restaurant at ALL COST to AVOID. -Breakfast: Basic but ok. For a 5-star hotel they should have fresh homemade juice that is not the case. I asked for an Americano and they served me INSTANT COFFEE. I couldn't do that anymore. I ordered an espresso and it was good. Can't believe that in Italy, in a palace, they don't know how to make an Americano!
