Bidra med feedbackThe best cooking lessons with Rosaria. From the moment we connected via phone and emails I sensed genuine authenticity! I highly recommend this experience if you have a chance. The dishes we cooked spoke true to the Molise region and were simple and delicious! We made appetizers, first and second dish, and dessert! We enjoyed cooking and eating “el fresco” in the beautiful surroundings of the Molise Mountains. The owners Rosaria and Francesco show their love of the land and passion for the food they serve. It was truly a highlight on our trip!!
I came here with my zias and nonna during a trip to our hometown in Italy. We took a cooking lesson with Rosaria and it was truly a memory I won’t forget! This place is a hidden gem and the staff are so warm.
A delicious meal and wonderful hospitality thanks to Rosaria and Francesco. We enjoyed an amazing lunch in a beautiful location prior to visiting the Roman remains at Saepinum. Each dish tasted and looked fabulous we enjoyed gnocchi with seasonal vegetables, pork, cod and finished with melon semi freddo and raspberry cheesecake. We are already planning our next visit.
Ottimo ristorante con cucina locale perfettamente preparati. atmosfera piacevole e bella posizione rurale. pera cotta in vino con crema inglese “per morire”
Posto molto bello e accogliente, immerso nel verde. il proprietario Mr. francesco è molto gentile e attento alle nostre richieste. i primi piatti sono molto buoni, quello con i crioli che mi è piaciuto molto, mentre la chitarra con lo zafferano vorrei sottolineare che dovrebbe essere preparato con gli spaghetti formati "chitarra non con gli spaghettini. i secondi piatti sono molto buoni per evidenziare l'agnello eccellente e le gustose crostate anche se grasse. dolci molto buoni
