Bidra med feedbackWe discovered this restaurant by chance and it was the most amazing place! a large selection of wine (including champagne) and excellent eating. ambra, our waiter, was very friendly and welcoming and full of great suggestions. highly recommended, would certainly go back as soon as I can.
Very warm and welcoming. great wine pairing with eating. for the starters we had baked Tscan cheese and bark tars, both were excellent. the second dishes were two different and both very good homemade pastas. one had fresh black truffles that was not as aromatic as it should be, but it was the end of the season for summer truffles. at least they did not try to cheat and “a” the dish with some preserved tartufata sauce or some truffle olive oil. for the main dish we had rindfleisch tagliata and guineafowl. the latter preferred, as the tagliata could be better/softer. the desert was a beautiful mix of various traditional Tuscan deserts that were all very good. overall satisfied and very full for a great price. ps: the prices were slightly different from the prices published on the Fork menu, but still very good P/P.
This restaurant is a secret tipp. excellent typical Italian cuisine cooked by the mother and a very warm and sympathetic son who knew everything about good food and wine. we are coming back to scream!
