Bidra med feedbackIt happened here by chance, cause closure for vacations of the other restaurants I would have wanted to review. It is not a problem to be able to adapt to the circumstances, so sometimes it is also pleasant to try something new. Very comfortable environment, consisting of a large room with kitchen (semi) view. A dozen adventors, someone deceived the wait playing cards, someone else, finished eating, chatting more or less exuberantly, in front of the classic tajut (fry) shadow (triestino/goriziano). Discard the list of dishes, three first and three seconds. Wanting to try a local omelet, he opted for it. The person who received orders, did not prove to be as affable as the wine attendant, but perhaps it is necessary to take into account also the moon, which sometimes can be transverse. Here came the wine, a Merlot, which despite coming from the purely wine area surrounding, did not prove to the height. Truly mini bread basket, with four micro slices placed in the center (we were in two diners). It is always hoped that the continuation is better than the antefactor, so waiting for the frick began to sip the wine by mopping with a host of bread. After about a quarter of an hour, seeing sail to our table she had taken orders, the taste buds were prepared to give life to all the sensations of the onion fusion, with potatoes and cheese. Instead, disappointment was made as the eyes realized something different from what was expected. A sort of fused scamorza for a circumference of 15/18 cm, for a scarce thickness of a cm. (see photo). Roasted potatoes, bent as a contour, were freshly dried potatoes. Vote three, to be of broad sleeve. I asked for a dessert, the commercial gubana was proposed, the one at the supermarket. Declined the proposal. Finally, it was offered by the house, a bunch of cherries... while appreciating the gesture of generosity, just as you can't say about the contents of the glass. Almost pure alcohol, hard cherries that had neither absorbed alcohol nor less released a minimum of taste. For good will sufficiency is granted, for everything else, absolutely not. I don't feel like recommending it.
We were around for other reasons and arrived lunch time we decided to try to eat something. The choice in the menu is all based on local products and we varied to try more types of dishes. Friendly and fast service, and also the wine was great. Instead of eating, there would be some criticism. The gnocchi ragù was composed of so much tomato and little meat, the vinegar salami knew of rancid and the sausage with wine had a strange and little pleasant basic flavor. The contours limited in taste and quantity. Just a sweet apple pie. Even as an account at the end (about 18 euros per head) and for what we ate, it is not that they gave us anything. I don't know if I'll come back. . .

A real farm: inside a large local wooden tables a counter and behind a kitchen ìda which come the scents that make as a business card. Homemade dishes, genuine and freshly prepared, wine produced by the same company, all served with accuracy in a clean environment. Very light count.
