BAVIT steaks&wine

We were looking for a place to have dinner in Campeche tonight and ended up eating here. We were in he mood for some good meat and they had a very nice selection of cuts on their menu. The different cuts were presented in the flesh at our table so we could make an educated choice. In the end we chose the colita de quadril which was marketed as similar to picaña but softer and more marbled. We were definitely not disappointed! The meat was truly divine! It was cooked whole (900g) in the kitchen to rare-medium rare and then finished at the table. The meat was tender, juicy and full of flavour. The meat came with grilled vegetables and we ordered an additional side of fries. Both sides were great.This place is highly recommended for both the impeccable service as the wonderful food! We'd definitely go back if we were here another night.

Best steak house in town hands down! I planned a very special dinner for the bf's bday night and they helped big time, service was beyond excellent and so was our picanhas! I would recommend this place 100%

Excellent location (in the middle of a closed street and in the real historic center) Excellent food (for meat lovers of course!) Good and quick service A lot of people ... Worth to book especially in the week-end

You can enjoy historic center by having a delicious lunch at the main street (59) they serve very good drinks.
