Teazo - San Francisco

I tried their tiramisu matcha latte with less sugar and less ice. The green tea flavor is just right, neither too strong or too light. The tiramisu foam is slightly too salty and not so easy to drink together with the green tea. But overall it's still a pleasant drink.The pick up process, however, leaves much to be desired. Our group order of four was finished in between other orders. And when they were finished, the staff didn't call our number and just let them sit on the counter. We had to check with him to let him know our order was ready.

I got the crème brûlée boba tea which was amazing! The top layer was so thick, creamy and tasty almost like a dessert. The milk tea part has loads of tea flavor and kind of on the bitter side, balances out the sweetness on the top. The boba!! It has half clear boba and half black boba.. the two tastes so differently! One is jelly-like and tastes lighter and the other one is more chewy and “dense”. I loved every part of this choice! Other than this, I’ve had matcha milk tea, taro milk tea, brown sugar boba and popcorn chicken here before. Everything is great. Be careful… Popcorn chicken portion is so big it’s meant to be shared!

The boba tastes good and I want to try their cake next time I visit. Just a kind suggestion that you should do something with the flies in the store?there were about 5 flies lingering…

I ordered online in front of their store. The boys was back there making my order but then began to let it just sit there and never texted me that it was ready and when I just came inside they gave me my order then began talking in another language, laughing and looking at me. Smh poor service, no apology nor acknowledgment of their 20 minute wait when I saw they were clearly done with my order 10min prior. They had no other orders and was eating and drinking themselves . Someone needs to train these kids

Favorite tea shop by far. Natural taste; fruit tea and milk tea are superb. And perfect price point.
