Star Bagels - San Francisco

Ok this is it. This is SFs best competitor to an NYC bodega bagel breakfast sandwich. They use a mini flat top no microwave like so many SF places use. The bagels are LEGIT. Not too chewy, crunched properly when toasted, and not thick. Crispy bacon. The egg is scrambled as well. This is, to me, by far the best breakfast bagel sandwich in the city and I've been everywhere trying them. I live in The Richmond and will be coming here and only here for breakfast sandwiches.

Great bacon egg and cheese bagel, priced the way BEC bagels should be. Friendly owner and this spot is the exact kind of vibe i want from a bagel place.

Happened upon this store while walking past it. Had pastrami in a salt bagel.Bagel was soft and fluffy with a nice chew.The lettuce was fresh, and the raw onions added a nice crunch and sharp flavour to counterbalance the saltiness from the pastrami and bagel. Loved how the flavours worked together.The guy behind the counter was very friendly and chatty. Hope you guys have as nice an experience that I had.

I come almost everyday.The guy is ok but this morning I said to him that my ex wife she is born the same day than Vladimir Putin and he turnedhis back on me.No good!Denis victor Sanchez

Bad sanitation, Low amount of options in the store as to whats actually on the menu, horrible customer service. Would give a 0 star if I could.
