Bidra med feedbackWow. Omakase is one of the best I've had in San Francisco. Ambience and service is also top notch. Love the intimacy of this place. Only stumbled upon it today because we were at an event nearby. Wish I knew of this place earlier!! Highly recommend! Very high quality.Food: 5/5
We did the Omakase menu and it was mind blowing. Fresh, delicious, incredibly plated and playful. The hostess was very warm and even remembered us from our time at Kibatsu pre Covid. Love the vibe too, highly recommend for an intimate dinner with friends or a loved one.
Tried the Negi Hama, Negi Toro, Spicy Tuna, Golden Mountain, Hotate Roll, Super Crunch Roll, and Uni. I felt that the fish was fairly fresh, but it was really hard to appreciate since half of the rolls were covered in a bit too much sauce for my liking in my honest opinion, it brought down the quality of the rolls (the Golden Mountain, Hotate, and Super Crunch, to be specific) and wouldn 't be something I 'd order on a regular basis.I 'd consider coming back and trying their omakase, since I did enjoy what fish I could taste from the Negi Hama and Negi Toro rolls. I also thoroughly enjoyed the uni, they gave a good portion and it tasted fresh and sweet. Nigiri is probably the best way to go here.Overall, I enjoyed my meal. It 's more of an everyday place than a go out of your way to try out place (and just a little bit pricey for what you get here compared to other places with similar/higher quality, in my own personal opinion), and that 's okay! They serve the neighborhood well and service was very kind. I 'd love to come back eventually to try other items if I ever happened to be in the area again.
I’m not even done eating yet…. And I’m just rocked by how fresh and flavorful everything is. Tons of TLC for each and every ingredient. The way it should be.Yes it’s not cheap, but it doesn’t deserve to be.
The reviews I read for this place were absolutely correct. So much food, and so delicious!! Included are pics of every course (alcohol not included in omakase)
