Bidra med feedbackThe food is decent, but not worth the half-hour wait.
I was disappointed with my recent experience at this restaurant. About a year ago, I ordered a bulgogi burrito that was delicious, with flavorful kimchi fried rice, crispy tater tots, guacamole, and a delicious green sauce. However, when I ordered the Big Loco Burrito today, I was let down. It was supposed to have three different meats, but there was no bulgogi and the chicken was dry. The tater tots had turned into a mushy mess, the rice lacked flavor, and a strange salsa overpowered any Korean influence. The description mentioned guacamole, but there was barely any avocado visible. Additionally, the green sauce I requested was missing. It seemed like every aspect of the burrito had deteriorated compared to my previous experience. My friends and I used to order from this place weekly at the start of the pandemic, but over time the quality declined and it felt like corners were being cut. Given the decline I've witnessed over the past seven to eight months, I'm not surprised by this disappointing meal. I will not be ordering from here again.
I ordered their signature burrito with bulgogi and chicken in it on DoorDash. The kimchi fried rice in there was pretty good, and I loved the cheese tots in the burrito. They did forget to pack the sauce on the side, but overall it was good. My friend ordered the chicken sandwich and he really enjoyed it as well.
This restaurant experience was a disaster from start to finish. I would strongly recommend staying away from this place. I ordered a combo burrito, but all I could taste was the kimchi, and it wasn't even enjoyable. After a few bites, I couldn't take it any longer and had to throw it away. It was a truly terrible meal.
I really like the food, I HATE how often delivery is delayed!! Apparently my review is too short.
