Great value for bad food. tempura shrimp was soggy, tuna was such poor quality i couldn’t even taste it, chicken katsu was not correctly fried so the chicken was dry. and time took forever

Headed over at 11pm after a show in Golden Gate Park. We got the Katsu Chicken and a Rainbow Roll with 2 complimentary miso soups. The food was SO good! The gal with the cat ears running the register and helping the kitchen is a rockstar! She managed a huge crowd gracefully. Thank you!
