Hello, this is my first ever review on this app. You wouldn't believe how frustrated I am to even have to write this review! I came in on February 12th, at around 5 pm and was greeted to a young man at the front without a mask on. Can you believe that? During a pandemic to top that off! That is very unacceptable and can put many families that come through at risk. Let's be more considerate of the people who come to enjoy what your business provides PLEASE! I also could not help and notice how unsanitary everything was. Not once did I see anyone clean whilst I was there which has me concerned. I can't imagine how many kids come and how dirty everything gets over a short period of time. Will not be bringing my grandchild back, and highly do not recommend this place.
We went there today at 11:05 am but it was closed and no one pick up the phone. Wasting my time.
Drove my 3 year old here on a Saturday. Website says they are open, but when we arrived the whole place was dark with no employees inside. The hours posted on the door said they were supposed to be open. Perhaps they have now gone out of business? Really wish they would post online before we had to make the drive drive across town for nothing...
Staff never pick up the phone, their answering service says they are open, you drive an hour to find out they are closed. Really poor business management
