Hard Rock Cafe San Francisco

Enjoyed a delicious dinner at the Hard Rock Cafe in San Francisco. Steak was flavorful and cooked as requested. BBQ pulled pork sliders had a homemade BBQ sauce that was very tasty. Service was fast and friendly.

Cool vibes with Matching decor and seating setup. Souvenir shop. Great location. Street parking or pay garage parking nearby. Lots to do and see in the area. Service was lovely. Food was delicious. Timing spent for first time experience was decent. Atmosphere is Vegas like without the casino.

Excellent place for food. The server Freddy showed Excellent customer service. The baby back ribs was very delicious.

Brought 25 Uk students for a meal, Rose was great, everything was ready when we arrived and prompt efficient service, our group also received 20% off in the shop. I want to say a massive thanks to Rose, 2 students were unable to go on the trip due to ill health and she gave us a free gift for them. Thanks, we will be back next year

Me and my husband were ver excited to visit the San Francisco hard rock location, the staff were amazing and very personable, it was busy on a beautiful Friday evening but it didn’t take long to be seated and get out appetizers or food, my only regret was ordering boneless chicken wings and the new chicken sandwich , the meat was a weird pink color that appeared undercooked, the staff and management were great about explaining why and confirming that the meat was fully cooked but we decided not to continue eating and the manager took it off our bill with no problem and compensated us with a free dessert as well that was amazing ! The burger sliders and fries were delicious and just to reiterate, the employees were fantastic!
