Francesca and Eric are delightful to work with, and the space is pretty fabulous.

Legendary SF venue. the owners always make me feel welcome. the building oozes history. dave chapelle and many legends in music performed here. need i say more.

Best place to book an event. The door guy is a riot. Always telling stupid jokes.

It was my first time here. I went for a comedy show on a Saturday night . It took me 30-40 min to find a parking. When I entered a very nice gentleman welcomed me and I had a table in a min . I went to the bar to order a drink and I asked one of the bartenders for a menu . He pointed out to the menu in front of him and said this is for these ladies . I said ok so you do not have any more ? He said oh yeah . He gave me a menu and I waited for 5 minutes and nothing , he didn't even ask me what I want . And it was like 15 min before the show even starts so the bar was not busy at all . I went to the other side of the bar and asked the other bartender to give me a beer. It took him couple of minutes to just open a bottle for me and he said you should order another one . I said why ? He said that is our policy!!! What the what ! I said well I do not want more drinks . he said well then I can not sell to you minimum order is 2 . Are you kidding me ! Oh well , I said ok . When I gave him my card , he did not know what to do or I don't know may be the system stopped working , I had to wait and wait and he didn't even say a word so that I know what's going on !! After all he charged me $20+ for 2 Modelos. That's was a really terrible experience. The most expensive restaurants in SF also do not charge for a small bottle of Modelo this high !The bathroom was so tiny , not much space to move . I entered the toilet with difficulty and my whole body and my clothes rubbed against the wall . And I have a medium size body .The sound system was great and all those comedians were funny . I enjoyed their jokes . I would go back again for another show but next time I will not order a drink .

The venue was good. Sound syst was good. The comedians were good. The drinks are not that good and are expensive, so it kinda sucks that it's a 2 drink minimum.Also there is no food at the venue.
