Bidra med feedbackI like coffee. My usual go-to place to geek out on my computer. This Starbucks has the longest cushioned couch if any location that I 've visited. This location was renovated last year with new seating and new tables. Very nice, friendly staff. Clean restroom. Good food options nearby.
From the Earth, moon light palm trees, shade with Sunrise, Venus above, Jupiter and Saturn over the Pacific ???? Ocean. Indulging this ambient coffee atmosphere. Welcome to U.S.A. everyday. The door is open with possibilities for decision.
I?ve had coffee many times from this location, and like every Starbucks, every once in a while I?ll get a cup of coffee that taste off or it?s the wrong drink (it happens, we?re all human). This morning was not one of those times. I haven?t been to Starbucks in a cool minute, mostly due to the fact that (like many people) finances are feeling a bit tighter than usual right now. I?m currently studying for a huge Licensing exam and decided last minute I would grab an iced caramel macchiato this morning and hit the books early?I could not be happier that I did! This morning I had one of the best caramel macchiato?s I?ve had from Starbucks, period. I also got the roasted red pepper egg white bites, everything was on point. All in all, I feel it?s important to recognize people, especially when they do outstanding work. Thank you Starbucks associates who made my coffee and food this morning! You guys did a great job and I appreciate you! My day is now starting off on the right foot thanks to your efforts. Cheers!
Rude staff. A barista made my drink wrong. It happens, but instead of fixing it, they argued, then finally gave me a cup with the extra contents and told me to mix it in myself. That was a first for me! Used to come here twice a week since it is clean and the wait usually isn't long, but will be skipping this Starbucks for others in the future.
UPDATE in response to the in adequate company reply. It really irks me when a company is generic and unhelpful in their response. For you to say we 'll remake it for free is ridiculously obvious and totally irrelevant. It also proves that you didn 't pay attention to my feedback in the first place. I already said that I was miles away when I discovered the error. So how exactly does it help me that you will be happy to remake it for free? A better response would have been I 'll make sure my cashiers are taught how to serve hot tea. Inexperienced and slow. Made a very simple drink wrong. I ordered a venti tea with heavy cream. I got one tea bag instead of two, and half and half instead of heavy cream. This was clearly a training issue as the person didn 't know how to make a basic hot tea or that there are two kinds of cream. I didn 't realize the error until I was far away, so there 's no fixing it. But I shouldn 't have to teach an employee how many tea bags go in a cup anyway. Also they were out of sugar free vanilla, which is just annoying.
