We were very happy with our choice of North Italia (At One Paseo mall in Del Mar Highlands) for my birthday. It 's not your typical 'check tablecloth chianti ' place, it 's airy and modern with a large bar, young hip staff, large tables and a variety of dishes. There 's both indoor and outdoor seating. All the food was delicious and they even gave us a *choice* of a complimentary birthday dessert. How great is that? The waitress was friendly, the place is clean and there is free parking in the multistory lot. It has an upscale vibe, but prices weren 't outrageous and they don 't tack on a ridiculous surcharge like many places do nowadays. Highly recommend.

Such a fun and cute gift/plant shop. This is my go to shop for gifts because they have a lot of fun and unique items. I've also bought a lot of plants and planters from them which I love. They have such an exotic selection. I don't have much of a green thumb and usually need guidance on how to take care of my plants. It's hit or miss whether you can find an associate that's knowledgeable about the plants. Typically I get told to not water them too much or too little which isn't super helpful. But I understand that not all their employees are trained on plant care. Otherwise, the store always looks fantastic. The displays are always neat and organized. You can tell the staff is really attentive and the merchandisers do a great job. There's always someone at the front greeting you with a smile when you first enter which I appreciate. Really great place to shop at One Paseo.

A local sunny San Diego fav tons of cute lil’ finds one of a kindstheir DIY succulent planting workshop ? area is super neat you can usually just walk right in and build your own mini garden anytime!pricing is on point with the location (aka higher end, but the plant stuff is reasonable you can deffff find some neat stuff under 10 definitely under 20 for small gifts stuff) the vibe is fun and lighthearted always a fav spot when I’m in the area, even as a local ?
