Mauricio's Restaurants - San Diego

I am a travel nurse in San Diego and decided to visit this restaurant. The food is delicious and the service is fantastic! I will definitely be returning. Everything is prepared very well and the Mexican cuisine is authentic.

The food here is yummy. I usually go for the infamous taco shop classics. I've tried the Cali burrito , carne asada burrito carne asada chips they were all delicious, and the burritos are heavy lol. Parking lot is small ,but since ppl are always in and out of the lot your usually able to find parking. Saw they had a carne asada chimichanga , it was good, would I get it again I would probably stick to my regular grabs. So it's a chill a taco shop with good food.

I went because it was close by and I was craving something both specific and basic, a burrito with just beans, cheese, and rice. Holy hell I was not prepared for the size of this burrito. And I know it was basic, but it was good. It still is good! I haven't finished it yet! I also added on the potato rolled tacos as a last minute decision while ordering, and. Well. Those didn't last long. It was quick and painless, my order was 100% correct, and I got way more food than I expected for my money.

Visited once, I got the ranchero burrito and it was very filling. It had a mix of veggies along with carne asada. Parking might be a bit difficult depending on how busy it is but it's worth a visit.
