My BF will no longer be here with the customer service. I always think about this place because I live very close and generally like any I have ordered. The problem is that the bill is more and more than expected. I generally don't know why there's a few more dollars because they don't give a receipt and the register doesn't show up. An opportunity was added by an additional sandwich. The next time was more than I expected, so I asked the price of a bottle of alcohol and found that there would help a few dollars more than literally anywhere else, a price on the bottle. I get a very strong attitude when I asked questions the last time I asked while in the store it turned out that the salsa was $5.99. I was surprised by the attitude as much as the price so I suggested that they are marked with the price as most shops do. I have a clear comment that I should go to these stores. Another customer came in, then the employee and the customer started to talk loudly enough about me inseparably so that the whole store could hear how I left. I decided to go back to AGAIN because I seem so stupid, but more to give them a chance as they have so many high reviews. IMPORTANT the total price was a few dollars more than I had expected, but I asked the price of the unnoticed item and since I often buy it, I also know the out door cost. Questions while it is too unpleasant, but it irritates me so much that I confirm online when I came home that cold deli elements are not taxable. I called the Deli and asked if they were to control cold sandwiches. I was told that they didn't, but then I was taken in the hand before I could say something else. I hanged after 6 or 7 minutes. I called back a few more times, but was immediately taken back for a long time. I saw someone else publish an evaluation of a $2 credit card fee. Maybe that's the case, as the extra amount was about $2, but I didn't see a sign that there was a credit card fee. In short, I will never go back. OB Deli has bigger sandwiches that are equal or better with the best customer service and a larger beer/liquid selection and Hungry Lu 's has incredible/unique sandwiches with deserts that never impress. I gave two stars to one because the tuna and chicken salad in the To-Go area as well as the famous salsa is fantastic. There's nothing wrong with the sandwiches, but I guess the experiences I've made as I remember them - I don't remember them, I just remember how disdained I felt. I remember, as I said, I wouldn't go back every time. I remember having tipped more than I want, because I want the direct, loud, question of wanting to leave a few dollars for the Deli service? . on this question I would like to say, Didn't you do that for me? . It's mine. I don't want to accept theft and reward bad behavior. It's not just principle. I could honor the aforementioned companies who work hard on every aspect. My solution: Give the customer a reception, label products / price, have a register lets the customer know before payment, and if these inappropriate requests then do not roll your eyes and act all on when someone gets confused by billing that they only see when the sum is displayed on the credit card machine
This place is so wonderful! Everyone who works there goes above and beyond! Today I took my husky to the beach and the gave us free meat for him! That is the kindest thing anyone has done for my dog! Thank you for making my day! Buddy enjoyed his treat!
