Amplified Ale Works Kitchen Beer Garden

Good beer good vibes. Spent a chill afternoon here loved it, the outside area is perfect. On my next visit I’ll try the food.

First, let's talk service. We went to our local Amplified following a three hour border crossing. We are a senior couple. We chose an open air area near the entrance. There are two bars in the location. The one nearest us was clearly not open. There were no menus offered so we found some. We waited at that table for a good five minutes. Meanwhile, a server(? , cleared two table near us. Never once looking our way ignoring our presence completely. We appeared invisible. We had resisted sitting on backless bar stools but moved closer to other patrons in the clearly open area. This server delivered a bar order to another table. Still no one came. There was a man working on cabinets in the front bar. There was clearly one bartender one bar back, working this bar. We remained invisible, never once approached or acknowledged. So we left. We walked two more blocks to Story House where we were seated, assisted with a menu and served.It was a difference l will not soon forget.

Front door is locked, so you will have to enter from the back. Walk up to the bar to order. Lady taking the order talked so quietly. The beer list has random numbers next to them in no particular order. Self service water cup and dispenser. Had to get my own napkins. I wonder why they ask for a tip in the beginning before the non-service had even started. I had to go up the the bar to see why the food was taking so long, waitress/ bar tender checked in the back and the food was ready but would be out once she finished the drinks she was making. Not sure why someone else could not run the food out and how long it was sitting there before I checked on it. Plenty of seating inside and out, have to walk down stairs to use the bathroom. The food is decent. Not sure I would ever go back.

By far the best mushroom and sausage pizza I have ever had. The pizza crust is full of so much flavor I could eat just that. Their tacos are also amazing! Large selection of beer.

I have been to their PB location for food drinks. This location is in a super cool space away from everything yet still close to DT. Also, there is a nice park behind it.We came here for their speakeasy. Super friendly service good vibes. They also serve their beer in the speakeasy as well as other local beers.
