There was only one other person in line in front of me, but I waited 10 minutes before my order was taken. The two workers kept talking to each other and clearly did not care about other peoples time. They were also rude to customers who had been waiting an extremely long time for their drinks. Horrible service, will not be coming again.

Quite unacceptable that this Starbucks ran out of whipped cream considering that they charge 4.80 for a small latte and target sells whipped cream.

This Starbucks is usually understaffed. It 's typical to see only 1 person behind the counter. I could overlook that if the Starbucks employees were nice. Today there was a young girl with long black curly hair. I waited in line for a long time and she never once looked up to acknowledge me. Not a smile, no eye contact, no I 'll be with you as soon as I can or thank you for your patience. Nothing. I ordered my drink and she still seemed to have a bad attitude. What 's worse is that she is really slow at making drinks. Really slow. If a manager is reading this and responds by ensuring me you will talk to this employee, I will remove this 1 star review.
