Guichos Eatery 2 - San Clemente

Awesome Italian place. so affordable while being so delicious. we have ordered twice and will be coming back weekly. got the spaghetti and meatballs they give 5 meatballs!!! for $11.50, what a deal. their chopped salad is perfect and the chicken noodle soup is so good. we also order the linguine with tiger shrimp. that was so good!

I gave it a 2 star since the owner employees were very congenial and were working very hard. However, the spaghetti and meatballs tasted so bland..more like off the shelf with your standard red sauce. The meatballs were made with a heavy amount of bread crumbs and small amount of meat. I paid approximately $13 for a $3 meal.

Wait over 1 hour. You told me 30min and I sat on over 1h. And I got the food was warm, not even hot. It was terrible with two bites and threw them away. Never go back.

I'm giving a 2 star because the cashier was sweet and apologized for our food taking OVER AN HOUR!!....when we first got there she did let us know the wait for food was going to be about 30 min, we were fine waiting. The 4 of us ordered 3 sandwiches and 1 pasta, none of our food was brought out at the same time, the pasta order was wrong but after waiting 1 hour my friend was starving and just ate it anyway, 2 of our sandwiches came out 10 min later and the last sandwich another 10 min later, but I had to actually get up and go ask for it!! Unbelievable.

Guichos Eatery?s north location is conveniently located near Sprouts, right off the freeway, in San Clemente. Parking is never a worry, as the lot is quite big. The girls who work behind the counter are always pleasant and welcoming! My wife and I like that the establishment offers both indoor and outdoor seating options. Guichos spin on sit-down-style food, prepared fresh and fast, is genius. My wife loves the tortellini while I enjoy the meatball sub. We?re always impressed with the taste of the dishes we order.
