Domino's Pizza - San Clemente

I give this restaurant a solid 5-star rating because their carryout deals are excellent. I find myself going back every week without any complaints. Highly satisfied.

Last night, we placed six separate orders using the Domino's App and none of them were delivered. After calling the store, the staff member claimed they had no record of our orders. Despite requesting a cancellation, we were still charged as shown by our bank statements this morning. When we contacted the manager, they were unhelpful and refused to reverse the charges. We had to contact our bank to report fraudulent charges and now must replace our card. Overall, the Domino's App is unreliable, the staff are incompetent, and the company is poorly managed. We will not be ordering from Domino's again due to these unethical practices.

This Domino's location has consistently done fantastic work for a long time. The staff are friendly and the service is top-notch. Thank you for your hard work!

I have ordered from this restaurant about 15 times and they have consistently messed up my order. They often deliver my pizza very late and it arrives cold. I have only had two good experiences with them.

In terms of wheelchair accessibility, if they have trouble charging a card, I have serious doubts about whether they have a functioning wheelchair ramp.
