We happened by chance and were warmly welcomed. A welcoming place and affable owner ready to satisfy the pleasures of the table.

Delicacies. Quality. Genuineness. No frills. My daily bread and wine. Probably the best place in the world to experience (at any time) the famous Piedmontese sinoira snack. Definitely the best by far where I've ever been. An authentic piola (with free wi fi), where it is possible to drink good wine at a low price (made and seen being made by the owner with his grapes I do it too at my home in Liguria and I can guarantee that, in addition to much tastier, it's done in a workmanlike manner), as well as a more than decent mix of bottles and other spirits (the best within I don't know how many km in terms of quality; in relation to the price, then I'd say that there aren't really comparisons) and cheeses, cured meats, even rare ones, and typical Piedmontese dishes such as green anchovies, tongue in sauce, galantine, etc. that not even at eataly or at the cheese house in Milan: unsurpassed quality. At honest village bar prices. The back, also the smoking room, is a grenade temple (the piola is home to the largest club of Toro fans at least in the area) and it is not worth declaring yourself a Juventus fan, if you do not want to be the object of the good natured but sharp irony of the manager, a rude boar with a tender heart and rare moral integrity.

Not very visible place due to people who park in front to go to the tobacconist, but other than that the innkeeper is nice and good ..... start by bringing you some appetizer salami to while away the wait and then ..... good and well made food. I recommend eating the sinoira snack, a great meal! Cost quality price ..... right. 11 euros complete Recommended for those who want to eat traditional dishes!
