Starbucks - San Bruno

Not bad as always for Starbucks, but needs to be cleaned, especially restroom.

I walked in and would like to order a Nitro Cold Brew. It was out of stock but one lady suggest another one as alternative. Their customer service is just great. There are both indoor and outdoor seating. Indoor seating was partially open. I was sitting inside doing some reading for almost 3 hrs. Staffs keep wiping the tables on a regular basis probably for disinfection purpose. I like this place and will come back again next time around.

Very BAD customer service, The employee name Alicia was so rude ???????? It was my first time in this store and Will be the last one.

This is the best Starbucks ever. Period. Above Beyond customer service and amazing taste on their refreshers! I'm driving extra 5 miles to come to this branch. Thank you, team!
