La Panka - San Borja

It is hard to write such a review, but its not bad intention, but hope they could be better trained. This place tends to be exact for lunch and dinner especially at weekends EXCEPT on Sundays, Sundays after 6 pm, which was the time of my visit. I took three business partners there looking for a quick bite before I went to the airport. They sat us in a table near the kitchen (which was fine, no advantage with it), but then no server came to us for a while. It was a little too long that we had to ask for the menu that threw our hands (2 of us). they came down and then... disappeared. After a while, we had to raise our hands again (now 3 of us) to be able to notice. they took our order. forgot the drinks, the food came late, very late, we often had to wave our hands to notice, and then the worst happened, they served our food with a side order when they were to be two. the server said they ran out of the other without giving us a choice or telling us. We had to negotiate another court, but they just wanted to give us rice. that we accepted, but... it took too long to get the check. Yeah, we had our hands, all of us. I used to be in this restaurant with my wife and it happened the same thing, but on a busy day, so I thought it was normal. That was a Sunday afternoon. terrible business, terrible service, terrible training for anyone who trains the staff, because his not their fault. shape waht I heard from others it is always like that. but his sadness that the company is driving the customers so away. its really better if you go to other places there like Barvarian, Juicy Lucy or even Tanta (not so much) if you have to waste like 3 or 4 hours and you want your food to go cold to La Panka

Casual Restaurant in one of the largest shopping malls in Lima, El Jockey Plaza. Service was great. The food was very good, especially the anticuchos. We went to lunch and it wasn't very busy. You have a children's menu. Come back.

Un buen lugar, cómodo en sus instalaciones, con buena comida y una excelente atención recibida ayer por mi familia (esposa, bebé y yo). Lo recomiendo para descansar y disfrutar de un agradable momento después de pasear en familia en el Centro Comercial Jockey Plaza.

Mmmm!!! pollito jugosito y crocantico, Anticuchos delicioso los mejores que me he comido en el Perú, pero no se pueden perder el Lomo saltado !!!!! yumyyy yumyyyy , no se me pueden olvidar los camoticos fritos, muy exótico para mi

Si estás en el Jockey, una de las mejores opciones.Todo muy limpio, meseros atentos, la comida muy buena!
