Tortas Ahogadas Guadalagara

I had a fantastic dining experience at this restaurant! I am particular about my birria and I must say that this dish did not disappoint. The tortillas were homemade, the food was cooked perfectly, and the service from the staff was excellent.

The meal was delicious, but I was hoping for more meat. The portion size was smaller than expected, similar to a tuna can, which was a bit disappointing. However, aside from that, the taste was fantastic!
