Bidra med feedbackFood was great as always. But there was a older employ named Gloria E. Based of her shirt that had it embroidered who was cleaning up the lobby to be specific mopping. Which to start was like around 1 in the middle of lunch rush. Made no sense shewas She had already blocked one area restricting people from sitting at like 5 tables. But what really bothered me is whenanother special needs employee walked through the area she had mopped and kinda said something to him under breath about it hewalked back through the mopped area and she gave him this ugly look and told the manager which then told him not to walk we'reshe mopped. Which let's be real was now in the middle of the section where all these customers are eating she literally wasmopping right next to his face if she even slitly moved would of hit the customers. We would of had to walk through he samedmopped area to get out so what she would of said that we couldn't. I don't understand her getting after the employee we all hadto walk through the spot. Seems as if she was picking on him cause she unhappy and he was an easy target.
Went because I wanted to try the banana shake they had. After looking at the reviews I can see I am not the only person. My order was taken wrong. A nice worker was helping me correct my order, but the lady who took my order decided to stick her headthrough the window cut both of us off mid sentences. She said I was wrong she had got my order right. I just wanted a largeshake instead of a small. The rude employee made me a large was smiling while putting on the lid. I was afraid she donesomething to my drink so I didnt enjoy my shake. Deciding if I should even give this place a try again. Idk
Was one of my favorite places to go eat used to eat at least 6 days out of the week. Until they got a new woman working at the window for the last month she hasn't got my order right. So I just stopped going. I called the manager here she gets upset as ifthey paid for your food you mess it up you should fix it but you can't take it back because you don't want them to do anythingsilly to it. Not on my top list of choices anymore
I came here two days ago by myself around 12:45pm and the restaurant was very busy. Probably around 20-25 people in the store and the drive thru was full. I got inside and was behind 3 people when they opened another register for cards only. Since thepeople ahead of me were paying cash I was able to skip the line. I ordered a number 1 with mustard,mayo and ketchup. I orderedit with no pickles and no drink but instead a large fry. The girl taking my order was not paying attention to my order andseemed to be a little flustered. I swiped my card and then realized she rang me up for a large onion ring. A lot ofwhataburger?s food is good but one item I think they need improvement on is their onion rings. So I told the cashier that Iwanted a large fry not onion rings. She didn?t know how to refund the item so she got a manager. I suppose the most annoyingthing about my visit was that the manager said to the cashier (not even to me) that there is only a 50cent difference and wewill get him (me) a large fry. This irritated me because I work in fast-food for basically minimum wage and I have bills to payand save every nickle and dime I can. I decided to go with the onion rings. Food came out quickly considering the amount ofpeople in-house and in the drive-thru. My hamburger had pickles in it and no onions. I took out the pickles and decided not todo anything about it. I would say customer-service wise it was a below-average experience. I want to mention that the restaurantwas very clean despite how busy they were. I?ll probably come back here again but when they are not busy. And next time I willreview my entire order before being cashed out.
Delicious fast food. The restaurant was very clean. My son loved Dr. Pepper Shake. Food: 5/5
