A server/host/table graphics for 6-8 tabs. if there were more employees, they probably were sitting around the World Cup final. coffee was warm. Steak eggs) was boiled. forgotten silver. I don't know if it's just terrible service in san antonio, but I thought that was a luxury hotel.
The waitress was very nice. they were from all chicken dishes because they forgot to order. the steak rare ordered, and it came cold in the middle waitress was surprised and thought peta should take part. she offered to make a reheat, but we were done at this point. overall, it looks like the hotel is running on a shoe cleaning budget.
Bad experience another not so great hotel restaurant experience. very understated, menu boring, eating under average, and not cheap. cocktails were the best part and they were just in order.
All staff were very actively focused on customer service from the moment we arrived. All servers stayed busy attending to their tables and we were very fortunate to have Sierra assigned to us. She was all smiles and positivity as she checked on us repeatedly — definitely the MVP for our experience.
