Flavorful, juicy, tender, and overall some of the best I’ve ever had. I do wish they’d work on the flow of the line. Explaining to everyone the entire process just slows it to a crawl. You should be ready to order sides, cold and hot, then be ready with your meat order.

Pinkerton's did not disappoint. We got there early-ish for supper. Already a decent line at 5:45 pm. When there's a line like that, you just KNOW the food is gonna be good. Got our order placed after about 30 minutes in line. The staff were all very friendly and eager to serve. We had brisket, pork ribs, the man bear pig sandwich, cole slaw, amd potato salad. Everything was mouth wateringly good. 5 of 5. Would recommend getting there early as they close at posted tines or when they sell out. Turkey, chucken, and beef ribs were all gone bynthe time we got there. When we left at 7 pm, the line was 3 times as long as when we arrived.
Are here for lunch on Texas Independence Day. Great food and didn’t have to stand in line for too long on a Saturday. The brisket was really good and loved the Mac and Cheese. Although the smoked turkey wasn’t that great. We sat outside and there was a guy singing country music and he was pretty darn good.
