Panda Express - San Antonio

I only saw an employee picking up a black container bowl that sat on the serving line, had fried rice and put it in the main bowl on the serving line and then used an employee that same black bowl that had rice in it and put noodles in it. I don't know what the customer got this bowl in the drive, but this is considered a cross-food contamination. The bowl and the contents should be thrown away, not back into the main dish for any reason. They just don't know whose observation, but 3 employees were all nearby and had no objections to what was done. They didn't seem to care that I either looked at when I was waiting for someone to help me with my order. It's just bad.

The orange chicken was so spicy it was inedible. Seriously, what's going on? I like spicy food but the orange chicken is usually mild, will not order from here again. Not worth it.

Went this past Thursday between 4-5 pm they were out of chow mein noodles. I asked if they were planning to make more they told me it would be a 20 minute wait they tried to push the fried rice on me. I did not want fried rice, and I did not want to wait, so I left. If chow mein is something that sells a lot, why don’t they start making more when they notice it’s running low? Went back today Saturday between 2:45-3:00 pm. They had chow mein but were out of broccoli beef and angus beef. They’re probably just trying to get rid of/sell what they overproduced is not selling before making new batches of popular items that do sell. Once again, we left and drove a little further to another location, and I did not have any issues there. They actually had the food menu items we wanted.

Got food poisoning from here. just disgusting. for sure not coming back just nasty get it together foreal

Clean floors and tables. Friendly and professional staff. Great service. Orange chicken was delicious, crispy and great favors. Chow mein was dry and hard to chew. Black pepper chicken was tender and sauce made my nose run ?‍.Very busy lunch time visit. Recommend.
