The food was incredibly dry like if it was sitting for over an hour. My beef and broccoli had no sauce on it and my rice was definitely old since it was cooked but hard from sitting out. I love panda but this was NOT it.
My family and I often eat of panda Express. This is my first time in this place. When I went to about 4 employees, everyone stood together and spoke with a wonderful time that did nothing. They wouldn't give me a sample and if I asked why they wouldn't even give me an answer, why not. As other companies have already begun to reproduce samples. The last glass that covered the Wintons was missing. You can literally cough in food or take the food yourself with your hand. No attempt to cover the food. When I asked the poor sad looking employees what happened, he replied with an attitude that the glass had recently been broken. I asked him if they wanted to replace it soon and he wouldn't answer to look angry. A group of incompetent employees works at the Panda site to say the least. After I tasted my takeout food, it looked like slop. And that's not normal from other places I was. The rice,Orange Chicken, Grilled Chicken looked oily. The roasted rice looked lubricated or something when it was old or something that is difficult to describe. And the taste was off. Always make sure you get your reception if you get sick.
This is the worst Panda Express I've ever ate at. My wife and I go out once a week we normally go to the Panda Express over on Hebner and it is always great. We were on the other side of town and went to this Panda Expres. When I when I to order I asked for the stake premium which is a 1.25 more and I have no problems paying for that. However when I looked at the bowl it was just only just vegetables and the lady was trying to serve that to me and I asked her if I could have a fresh batch. She looked at me kind of weird and said it would be about 15 minutes. I have no problem with that because I told her I would just like some steak and vegetables after waiting about 10 minutes I noticed the cook had never even put on the steak and vegetables to be cooked another couple came up and ordered the same dish I did and they asked the same question could they get a fresh batch because there was no meat then the lady went back to the cook and he finally put it on after finally getting my dinner now about 20 minutes later I went to get my 2nd entree and it was the teriyaki chicken normally Panda cuts it up, so i did not think to look, but they gave it to me whole. I took it backup to the counter and asked if they would cut it up and they said no since I've already taken it to the table so I went to get a plastic knife and they had no knives. Also the 3 helpings of crab rangoon we got we're all cold. So we just decided to leave. I am normally very flexible and especially after covid me and my wife always tip exceptionally well but in this case I didn't even go and offer the help any kind of tip at all. The server we had was about 58599 a little heavy and Hispanic I'm sorry that is the best description I can give of her that's the same description I would give the police. I would suggest not going here go to the Panda Express on I 10 and Heubner.
Everytime I've been here there's nothing that I want and there's a wait on everything. There's never egg rolls or rangoons. Save yourself time and go to another Chinese restaurant because you'll be coming here for nothing. Today the entire soda machine is down as well.
